Job Description: Repair and maintenance of grain terminals in Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta. Work on conveyor system under supervision.

Role and Responsibilities
·         Repair and installation of conveyors on grain terminal under supervision
·         Assembly of machines and bolts, welds, rivets and fasteners to structures
·         Welding and metal fabrication
·         Ability to read blueprints and sketches would be an asset
·         Use of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools to assemble and install equipment
·         Fabrication, assembly and installation of parts and components related to grain terminals
·         Out of town/overnight travel required
·         Subsistence paid for overnight travel
·         Job requires climbing up and down structures, outdoor work and shop time and ability to work in confined spaces at times
 
Qualifactions and Education Requirements
·         Welding experience would be an asset but not a requirement
·         Mechanical experience would be an asset but not a requirement
·         Willing to learn
·         Ability to work together as a team
·         Must be willing to work at heights
·         Positive attitude
·         Good physical condition
 
Company Profile
Custom Industrial Services Ltd. is a service company that services the grain terminal industry.  We operate out of Saskatoon, SK and travel to Alberta, Manitoba, within Saskatchewan and occasionally BC, to work on grain terminals.  During the summer we employ up to 12 employees and 6 to 8 employees throughout the winter. 
We are looking for ambitious workers with or without experience. There are many opportunities for on the job training.
