• Aptitude in providing personal care and companionship to individuals with a disability
• Education or experience in rehabilitation or as a special care aid is an asset but not a prerequisite for employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and energetic
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights.
