Westgate Alliance Church is an evangelical church with solid teaching based on the written Word of God.  Our purpose is to impact our world by being a loving community of fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ.  We are looking for summer students in children’s ministries.

Responsibilities Include:
o   Co-leading a summer day camp for school age children in our community.  Duties include planning outings, crafts, Bible teaching, etc. 
o   Preparing and presenting weekly Bible lessons for children
o   Planning a preschool VBS
o   Planning outreach events for children

Requirements:
o   Experience working with children
o   Applicant must be returning to a post-secondary institution in fall 2013
o   Preference will be given to students who have attended or are attending an accredited Bible college
o   Musical, artistic and theatrical ability is an asset
o   A current criminal record check

This position will require 30 – 40 hours per week from May to the end of August.  Hourly salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
