Fort Garry MB Church is seeking an experienced leader to become the youth pastor for a congregation of 600 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Join our team and enjoy a supportive and effective ministry environment, and the opportunity to serve God in and through the church. The ideal candidate loves youth and their families, has a vibrant faith in Christ, and has a proven ability to recruit, encourage, equip, and lead volunteers together in both discipleship and outreach. The person we are seeking will be firmly rooted in faith in Jesus and will be welcoming to all especially to young persons. The candidate will be willing to engage with the diverse theological and spiritual journeys of those in our congregation and those who consider making our congregation their home.
